Information We Collect
This website has no contact forms, no accounts and no tracking. We do not gather information through the website itself.
When you call or WhatsApp 07367 634032, we ask for what the job needs: your location, car make, model and registration, plus proof of vehicle ownership on arrival. That information is used only to arrange and carry out your booking.
How Your Information Is Used
Your details go towards the locksmith service you requested — the quote, finding you, and completing the work. They are never sold, and never shared with third parties for marketing.
How Long We Keep It
Job details are kept only while the work and our own business records need them, then deleted or anonymised.
Your Rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Call or WhatsApp 07367 634032 to make any such request.
